We currently have an exciting opportunity for a growth minded problem solver to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This position is responsible for coordinating project activities and providing logistical and administrative support for job setup, tracking and project reporting. This position assists in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Managing job setup and quantity tracking using project administration tools and software.
• Communicating with state and local transportation agencies to ensure accurate reporting of projects.
• Reviewing, verifying, and validating all pay estimates and change orders for assigned projects.
• Completing contract compliance and handles activities to close out all fully paid and completed projects.
• Preparing, organizing, and distributing project documents and reports.
• Advising staff on any aspects of projects that may impact the budget or completion time and generating reporting for project review.
• Fostering positive and productive customer relationships.
• Ensuring prompt payment of all subcontractors.
• Attending all project meeting and providing updates on assigned projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

​​​​​​What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of two years of work experience in Project Accounting and/or Bookkeeping.
• Computer savvy with knowledge of MS Office and construction accounting software (Vista preferred).
• High attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
• A motivated self-starter with a demonstrated ability to maintain a positive can-do attitude. approach.
