Position Overview

As a Public Involvement Project Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and coordination of public involvement plans for a range of projects. You will work closely with stakeholders and community members to ensure their active engagement and meaningful contribution to our initiatives. By analyzing public feedback, maintaining compliance, and managing project resources, you will help shape successful outcomes for our clients and their communities. 

Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement effective public involvement plans for diverse projects, ensuring engagement at every stage. 
  • Coordinate workshops, focus groups, surveys, and public meetings to gather valuable insights and foster community participation. 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and community members, facilitating their involvement in project activities. 
  • Analyze and report on public feedback, providing valuable insights and recommendations to project teams, partners, and stakeholders. 
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures pertaining to public involvement. 
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring timely delivery of all project activities within established parameters. 
  • Represent Images, Inc. through active involvement in community functions and organizations, fostering our reputation as community champions. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, community engagement or a related field highly preferred. 
  • At least five years of experience in public involvement, community engagement, or project management. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful public involvement strategies. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships. 
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret and effectively utilize public feedback for project improvements. 
  • Proven project management skills, including budgeting, resource management, and adherence to timelines. 
  • Familiarity with regulations and policies related to public involvement is highly desirable. 
  • A passion for community engagement and the drive to make a positive impact through your work.
