ABOUT THE POSITION:

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and removal of draping, lighting, dance floors, and other specialty decor for wedding receptions/special events and ceremonies in and around Chicago.

Work Schedule Details:

• Position is Part-time.  Hours will vary. Typically, 8-10 hour shifts (Thursday – Saturday). 
• Day and Evening hours required.
• Saturday availability is a must!
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Transportation to venues will be provided to our high-end client locations throughout the Chicagoland area. 

Experience:

• No specific experience necessary; WE TRAIN!  
• Bonus Points for someone with a background in floral design, theater set design, or lighting design!!
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm and proven multi-task capability.
• Able to handle chaotic situations and resolve problems.
• Have excellent personable, social, and communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, maintain a clean, neat, and positive appearance
• Ability to work on your feet for extended hours and ability to lift/carry 20 – 50 lbs and work with various tools, lifts, and climb up/down ladders.

Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour; Bonus eligible
